I dont think Scotland has any exclusive toys, infact i dont think the UK has any as well. I may well be wrong about this.

Could've been hand made. It's very detailed for something like that but it's a possibility.

nah i dont think its hand made, the fact i cant find any info on this mats realy starting to bug me
