What's the latest on the rumoured Simpsons movie, has it been given the go ahead, is it in production, or is it still just a bunch of rumours floating around?

Also anyone know any good Simpsons sites?

I read on Movies.com that they are making 3 Simpsons movies and they are to be realeased based on whether or not the series will be renewed. They also said to check upcomingmovies.com.
