New Figures Out Somehow

I was looking around on ebay and found 4 new figures which are..
Anakin Skywalker Tatooine Attack
Darth Maul Sith Training
Ki-Adi-Mundi Jedi Master
Teemto Pagalies Pod Pilot
I am new to the forum so I dont know if this question has been asked before but, how do people get there hands on figures that dont come out for about a month.

They're probably either pre-orders or salesman samples.

Now it seems that more and more are getting them, but they all seem to be coming from Hong Kong, my guess if they are being made right now and are already in boxes and some shops have sold them before they should have like back in april when some shops were selling them weeks before the should.
