misc. saga jedi figures

Wouldnt it be great if they had a sage colection wave with misc.

jedis. like nikto i I mean hes a misc.jedi and then there could be

different species and they could just make up some names for

them and give them like other color lightsabers like yellow and

and etc.

It wouldn't be a bad idea, but Hasbro has alot of starring named Jedi's that need to be done also. I don't mind the occassional "generic" Jedi figure, but with as many of the Council and named Jedi's that are left to be produced, I would like to see some of them first. Not to mention we need all of the E1 and E2 Council Members with cloth robes and chairs. :)

Yaddle, Yareal Poof, Oppo Rancisis, Even Piell, Depa Billaba, Coleman Trebor, Barriss Offee, Madame Jocasta Nu, Pablo-Jill, Stass Allie, Bultar Swan, and the Bear Clan for starters. E2 versions of Eeth Koth, and Adi Gallia would be cool also. :)

Well they could do generic Jedi for Collectors alone. They could put them in an FC 4-pack with generic Jedi with some interchangable features on them (cloaks, hilts, and blades) so not to get in the way with store figure sales and we can get main Jedi on cards. They could come in four species: Human, Barada's species, Rodian, and female twi'lek.

Articulation could be head, shoulders, wrists, elbows, waist, and legs. (pretty basic) Which would also allow for double-handed lightsaber grips if they didn't pre-pose them very much, 'course they could help pre-pose them a little to help with the double grip poses, especially since they're just supposed to be generic background fillers and they'll possibly be able to get another pose with the articulation in'em. Of course for lightsaber colors they could make it 1 Blue, 1 Green, 1 Purple, and 1 Orange/Yellow (even if it is an EU color, it helps with variety)

I'm a big Jedi collector and those are the Saga figures I've been looking forward to most. But we at least know that the different colored sabers won't happen because Lucas has officially nailed down all lightsabers as Blue Green or Red (with the obvious exception of Mace)

What I really want is mostly Human Jedi for some reason. Or at least human shaped aliens, like Nikto or Kit Fisto. I'm among the very few who doesn't really want a Yaddle or Oppo Rancis or Yarael Poof. They just don't do it for me. :( But obviously the way to sell figures is variety so a bunch of human Jedi in different colored robes ain't exactly gonna fly off the shelves.

But that's ok, I'll just make them myself.:D

All of the different Jedi's from the Clone battle on EPII is what I love most about the saga line. As I said in another thread yesterday, I wish I had the cash to buy all the jedi's that have been produced so far so I could make a custom Arena Battle diorama.
