Click on post reply, then go to attach file towards the bottom of the page. Click browse to search for it on your hard drive or other disk and click attach. Voila.

If you mean IN your thread instead of as an attachment, you can't. SirSteve has disabled that feature because it was being abused and because it slowed pages down when other sites weren't answering.
