Any plans for more Battle Droids?

Does anyone know if Hasbro will release more Battle droids? I was just wondering because the only ones I have are the dirty one, OOM-9, STAP droid, and the armored scout tank man. I desparately need more droidses, and I dont think the Saga one is very good...Does anyone know?

There was a pilot droid on early Hasbro lists for this year, so that could still become a possibility either late this year or next. And if Battle Droids show up at all in EIII, there will likely be an E3 version. :)

you could probably go on-line and find some vendor trying to sell of the remaining stock on battle droids from Episode I or POTJ if you really want more droids.

That's what I did back in April. I found 5 POTJ Boomer Damage BDs for only $1.99 each:eek: Just tweaked their arms a little bit and voila , MUCH better BDs than the Saga version.

I completely agree with you there. For as static as the Episode I BDs were, I still think they are much sturdier and sometimes that counts for a lot more than poses in MY world.

The walmart accessory pack 'arena conflict' flavour will have the security battle droid from the POTJ in red/brown. To me that's the best battle droid ever apart from the lever in its back. But this red one is the exact same sculpt apparently which makes it a cool set to bag if you can find a walmart stocking them when they show up. Plus it comes with a cool backpack....... okay it's not that cool but the droid is so go find that when it's released. :)

Emporer Jargo, aren't the accessory packs a Target exclusive? I swore that Wal-Mart got the Cantina sets, and that Target got the Accessory Sets. Have you heard somthing that I haven't? :)

Too bad the Arena conflict set comes without an accurate Battle Droid backpack. Btw, i have Mace Windu with a RED Battle Droid. I got it from The Entertainer. I'm going to use the red BD's for the Droid assembly line and the white ones for the Arena battle. 18 Battle Droids and counting.

Anyone know where i can get Boomer Damaged Battle Droids?

I got a whole case of twelve on a deal. They still had them in stock last time I checked. Just don't go buying up all the security Battle droids on me okay? I'm after a few more to customise ;)
