While it wasn't exactly "Akeema! Gasgano wins," Gasgano can clearly be heard mumbling some gibberish in the extended lap two of the DVD.

After watching the DVD,Gasgano doesn't talk :) Althouh there is another of his species selling frogs or whatever in the crowed who talks
