Actually, I found a guy who did custom Jar-Jar in Carbonite figures.

They looked even better than Hasbro's Han in Carbonite. Awesome detail, he sold a few on ebay a while back. I think he was casting them from a mold that he made. Unfortunatly I don't have the link to his website any more:(
