I'm having some kind of pastry that is chocolate covered and has marshmellow in the middle.

(gazes at the label and reads the lettering).

WAL MART FROZEN LASAGNA, it is the best frozen lasagna out there, it is basically like homemade.

09-11-2002, 04:03 PM
but not........ :D I'm having a small Eccles cake_ that's flaky pastry filled with syrup, raisins and currants, sugar and butter. yummy yummy yummy. ignorami call Eccles cakes fly pies or fly cemetaries. Eccles is a small town in the North West of England BTW and is the birth place of these delicasies which should not be confused with Chorley cakes which are similar in fly pie look but made with dry pastry of a shortcrust variety instead of flaky pastry of a fatty and oily variety.
Chorley is also another small North Western town that lends it's name to food.

I have now finished my Eccles cakes and have crumbs in the keyboard..... :( oh botheration! *I edited out the rude word myself mr moderator, saved you the hassle.*

And OREO cookies!!!

But not as many as I used to....I've had to temper my cravings with age, or I'll barf.

09-15-2002, 07:10 AM
Only ever had orio's once and I wanted to barf after my second. "how you get so big eating food of this kind" far too rich and sickly sweet. Nice design on the bikkies though. I like sculpted bikkies......

I'm not having strudel right now since I just got out of bed and that would be silly to eat strudel for breakfast. I don't eat breakfast anyway. But even if I did I probably wouldn't want strudel for it. Even though strudel is mighty fine.

*note to self - restock on strudel......*

Tuna salad ... tuna, mayo, chopped cucumber, shredded carrots and chopped shallots. A glass of water and then a delicious multi-vitamin.

09-07-2003, 05:34 PM
Had a Twister sandwich at KFC with a side of mash potatoes and diet Pepsi. I was going to wait until the Bears game was over to get dinner, but San Fran is killing us. At least I can enjoy a Cubs victory with my dinner! Only problem is I have no idea what I'm going to eat.

I had a cheap dinner at Wendy's! Everything off the 99 cent value menu. Biggie diet coke, 5 piece chicken nuggets, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and chili.

09-07-2003, 11:40 PM
Scratched the chicken and rice for dinner and had a tuna melt instead. Yummy!!!!!

Last night for dinner I had a left-over pork chop and some rice. mmmmmmm, pork chop.

09-08-2003, 09:19 AM
For the last week or two there's been only one constant, TOMATOES... our garden has started freaking out and we have to eat 3 or 4 pounds of them a day or they will spoil.... luckily, they're the best tomatoes I've ever grown, huge(couple pounds a piece) and sweet like watermelon, almost no acididty... last night it was pasta salad with tomatoes... tonight it will have to be some kind of chili, methinks, since there's LOTS of hot peppers to be had from the garden as well...
Still alll vegan though:D!!!!

09-08-2003, 09:39 AM
Klingon captain: "These spineless vegans are nothing more than pointy eared hippies. Live long and prosper they say, with food like that it should be fart long and whisper. They do not battle with fists or honourable weapons, but choose to conquer by stealth, farting deadly fumes. That is not honourable, that is the way of the organic worm! destroy his puny ship. he is of no consequence to the klingon empire."

I'm having a muesli cereal bar. How 'bout you......?

I just had some Fries and a bottle of water.

Rumor has it that my Commander is a canibal. Every time our Major always comes back from the Commander's office, he says he just got his butt chewed.

09-08-2003, 12:32 PM
Fetishists eh? Can't live with them, can't get rid of them. Maybe the Major secretly liies having his butt chewed. He only says anything about it because of guilt.........

09-08-2003, 02:05 PM
Chicken tenders for me today, and a few potato wedges

09-08-2003, 02:32 PM
I had a Lean Cuisine sesame chicken microwave meal, and a Diet Pepsi. I'm going to enjoy a dessert of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, Yummy!

Oh and today was one of the few days I got to work late, and my boss happened to show up early.

Should of opted for the pizza I guess

I had perogies and cheese with sour cream. Delicious in my belly

09-08-2003, 08:09 PM
I had pork sausages and mashed potato and green beans and carrots and onion gravy for my dinner tonight. The sausages were a little fatty but that's what you get now. European legislation dictates that a sausage must contain a certain percentage of meat and that's the bare minimum we get. I remember when a sausage was a sausage. Full of meat and hardly any unidentifiable chewy bits at all. And I hate these new sausage skins that aren't real intestine. All plasticy and when you cook the sausage they split and the skin hangs of the sausage and looks like dead stuff from the grave of a leper.

I'm going to have a cereal bar now, how 'bout you?

09-08-2003, 11:23 PM
I had a huge slab of chocolate cake and a cup of coffee.

09-09-2003, 12:13 AM
I haven't eaten since I had a KFC tender roast chicken sandwich no mayo, a side of corn on the cob, and diet Pepsi. I worked at the Y, then did a cardio workout and burned 730 calories.

09-10-2003, 08:22 AM
Had some tuna helper last night for dinner. Also had a chicken pattie sandwich a little later on since I had a small dinner.
