View Full Version : How can I fix dents on the box's plastic windows?

I recently bought the 12" Luke v. Wampa off EBay. I guess the shipment box was tossed around a little in the process of getting to my apartment. As a result, there are tiny dents on the ceiling window of the box. Is there any way to fix/improve them? I like to leave my 12" figures in the box cause they look better that way, IMO. Any suggestion/advice would be truly appreciated.

This is what I did -- and it helped alittle...
With Halmark X-mas ornimints and Barbie dolls -- they say if you want to display them -- open them from the bottom -- so, I cut the tape at the bottom of my 12" figures and carefully slide out the contents. Then I can push and "reshape" the clear plastic the best I can. I will then place the figure back in the box and close up the bottom -- but I do not retape. Being on the bottom, the weight of the box will keep it closed. Just a thought...

One its dented it can never be fixed. If you try to bent it back it sometimes turns white. Leave it alone, the more you mess with it the worse it will get.

Replace it with a mint item - if it's important to you.
