I think the formula is Last 3 letters of surname-First 3 letters of surname then First 3 of first name

Take the first 3 letters of your last name and the last 3 of your last name (or so) reverse them and put the dash between them.
And use the first 3 letters of your first name for the last segment...... yea what Pendo says
