TRU Sale?

I just saw a commerical for a Buy one Get one Free SW Action Figure Sale happening at TRU this weekend.Is this really going to happen,or is this just an old commerical.I dont feel like driving 30 minutes to TRU to find out that I was imagining a sale:D

I'm not sure. An informate of mine on the inside tells me they are having a sale but not sure when. He did say the Exclusive R2-D2 would be given away with purchases over $20. Sounds like a deal. I'm thinking it'lll happen in November.

I know right now that TRU has little signs up on the Star Wars pegs advertising its "NEW LOW PRICE" at $4.99, and it says the old price was like $5.69 or some stupid number. What a crock of sh*t. The price has been $4.99 for numerous months now, another advertising scam.

Hey, just call em up and ask. I don't think they'd replay an old commercial, and it's possible they're having this sale b/c I've seen snippets of hundreds of TRU commercials lately. :)

I've seen similar signs at Target, Wal-Mart, and KB.

I have also seen the same signs at other stores besides TRU.WM even put "New Low Price" on some old POTJ stuff.When I scanned it,the figures were still the same price as last week.
