Nice die-cast pics. Your a lucky guy having all those protos! Do you have any more micro machine sized prototypes that were not released?

I... HATE... HASBRO... FOR... CANCELLING... THESE!!!!

Anyway, thanks for sharing the pics Glitch. Galoob MM Die Cast was one of my favorite SW lines of all time and Ep 1 wave 3 looked to be a real winner all around. It was a true bummer when Hasbro dropped the axe on these, especially since 3 out of the 5 are signature Ep 1 vehicles.

wow! nice stuff. i remember when the dc naboo fighter was on the block at ebay. (btw glitch, you happen to know the true identity of the seller, sftoyseller?, i'm guessing definately an old galoobie, as not only was he offering the unreleased pods, but he also auctioned off the jim fong designed episode I galoob toy design team leather jacket:eek: ), anyway, as i recall, the dc n-1 went for like 160 or so smackeroonies.

how close were the unreleased ep I dc's from beig produced? as i recall, the packaging that the n-1 was in was a complete finished product.

thanx for sharing these pics with us, please do keep em coming:)

Yep I know who he was. His name is Randy, and he was selling off all of his Galoob stuff so that he could move out of the Bay Area shortly after the SF Galoob office closed. Nonetheless, it was sad to see it go.

He's a GREAT guy, and I wish him the best of luck!

glitch,

out of curiosity, do you happen to have any photos of the unreleased set XIV - XVI micro machines in your possesion?

particularly mawhonics podracer, the trade federation control ship, and the battle droid ground transport vehicle. (you can keep the dayum sea opee!).

if you do, and if you can post clear closeup photos, that would be much appreciated :)
