hi guys,
i just got a 12inch ultimate jango fett $40 shipped off ebay. (never got him sooner cause never had the cash).

anyways is there any custom tips and pictures on how to fix his bloody shin armor (or all is armor), along with his boots. and his houlster belts, they dont fit aroung his leg.

but i fixed the knee and leg armor using the clear rubber bands that hasbro toys come with (those rubber bands are awsome).

i just need tips for the rest, links pics, other peoples custom anythign will help.

the only 12 inch jango fett custom i seen in a mag,, is in the new hobby japan magazine (maybe dec. issue)

For the leg straps I used a dab of super glue to hold it in place. I didn't want to at first, but everytime I moved his legs to pose him they came undone. I just put the tip of the strap into the slot and dabbed a little SG. Worked well.:D

For the upper leg armor it'll stay inplace better once the holster straps are super glued.

For the shin guards try taking off the boots then putting on the shin guards. THen fit the booe over the end. This will help fit the shin armor on there better.:D

That's the best I can offer. I don't do too much in the way of customizing.:)

I did what Rock said above awhile ago. You have to glue the strapes slide the armer in the boots. Here's a photo

If you don't want to glue anything down try this: I used one of those clear, thin rubberbands that they use to strap down the accessories to hold each of the leg armor pieces down. They hold the armor down tight and you can't even see the plastic strap.

I did the shin pads a little differently. I tucked them into the boots. Doesn't look quite right, but not bad either. When are they going to do this with Boba Fett?

yeah its those bloody boots that are wack.

Exhaust Port, i tried the clear rubber bands already and they work great.

i'm might use a dragon body instead. and gonna see if i can track down that hobby japan magazine that gave step by step tips on how to fix the shins. in that hobby japan mag, they even cut out the black visor of his jango's helmet and added a clear tint, so u can see through it.
here are pics of jango fett on a dragon body, and with diffrent shoes to help the shins.

Whats up with those shoes bro! You think the armor in the boots looks bad, LOL. No offence, I'm just playing.

Has anyone found a nice, easy, safe way to keep these silly gun holster straps to stay together? I can't for the life of me get these to stay together!!!

I don't want to glue them or tape then, any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance!!!

your best bet is to put them on under the thigh armor. the straps are a flawed design, so you're probably not going to be able to fasten them like seen in the photo.

I found that you have to carefully thread them through, until they're far enough in that they don't slip out. It can be done. And yes, they shoud definitely be under the armor. I wouldn't begin to attempt to strap them around it; it's hard enough just getting them threaded. I also doubt someone wearing such attire would strap his holsters over his armor.
