File it under ignorant Ebay Seller. The POTF2 EU Speederbike was a general release item. I bought mind at Target. Along with the AirSpeeder and Cloud Car. :p :)

I definitely remember having seen those EU vehicles at Service Merchandise, Wal-Mart, and Toys 'R Us.
