A question:

Is lego planning more mini sets? The first round was, on the whole, very good. Especially the x-wing/tie and starfighter/slave 1.

Just curious if there have ben any rumblings about this line continuing.

Thanks!

I'm sure JT knows better than I do but I've heard there'll be an AT-AT set as well as some other ones but I can't remember what those are.

The next wave of mini sets are the falcon, AT-AT MTT, and republic gunship with a y-wing as the bonus for getting all four. There is some thread around here that had pics of all of them.

And I believe there's yet another set being considered for after that wave as well.

Here are some pics of the wave 1 and 2 sets that SSG put up for Toy Fair: http://www.sirstevesguide.com/photo/showgallery.php?cat=633

OK - Thanks for the pics. Very good looking. I hope they keep going with tis line!

Hey JT, did Lego reveal what the MSRP will be for these sets? I would imagine that the price will be higher due to the larger amount of pieces in each set.

I believe they're $6.99 each MSRP.

What about an estimated release date? I've been checking out the Star Wars legos, but they are all sets I already have.

I finally got a hold of the x-wing/tie adv. and opened it up last night. I like this set a whole lot better than the AT-ST/snowspeeder one. The x-wing is pretty slick and DV's tie isn't too bad either. Sure does beat the floppy AT-ST. I hope the AT-AT is sturdier.

IIRC (If I Recall Correctly), the wave 2 sets are coming in July.

Cool! Thanks JT, hopefully they will stick to that date.

Lego is usually pretty solid with their release dates, usually erring on the side of caution and putting stuff out earlier than expected. I expect to see these sometime in June.
