We heard about how cool the Code 3 Millenium Falcon was going to be, but the first images of the ship have gone up. I must say that it's extremely amazing. Here's the link to the main info about the ship, and then to five images of it. :)

Thanks for the images JJB! I wasn't able to link to them thru the email they sent.

Looking over the photo's, I noticed the escape pod is miniscule compared to the rest of the ship. It looked maybe big enough to hold some kind of container.

In one of the photo's of the rectenna, it looks like there is cabling going over the round "tubes" that people walk thru to get to different areas of the ship.

The level of detail looks pretty good. If they do as well w/ the paint on the final product this'll really kick butt!

This looks like a fantastic piece, I wish I had the dough to get it. I can't wait to experience it in person.

evazan, the escape pod appears to be roughly the same diameter as the top hatch which held both Luke and Lando standing upright, so I think it's just part of the magic of the Falcon (for those who don't know, the exterior prop of the Falcon that we see actors on or next to is well out of scale with the interiors we're shown).

Excellent JJB.:)

I just went to the site to make sure I get one of these bad boys. Can't wait to see what comes out next.

Totally out of scale... oversized side walls... lack of details... Bad mold (looks like an oversized Action Fleet). I LOVE Action Fleets but they are toys not replicas (and not the same price...).
A big disapointment !
Worth the $250 ???
Hell no...
Ok, this is a mock-up but to me, $250 for that is a rip-off !

This is exactly what a fine toy should look like. I can't wait to see one in person.

I purchase alot of Code3 products of Chicago Fire Department. They are sometimes a little rough on the first go around, but they have gotten consistently better over the years.

I'm not sure if I'm doing this one because of the cost, but I'll keep my eye out for it. Inital deal sounds good though with all the free stuff.

Is it a limited edition? It looks neat, but for it's quite expensive if its mass produced.

It's not really a toy though, just a display piece..

It's pretty bland, the overall detail isn't that great and just adding tubing anywhere doesn't make it very exciting. Can't really say it's worth the $250+. I think they should've gone with something a little less in need of major detail so they can get the chance to see how far they can go.
