The official site lists Rebecca Jackson Mendoza "as a royal leader."

Any thoughts? :confused:

Is it a fair guess that she will be the new Queen of Naboo?
I doubt they'll go back to Naboo in this film but she could always come to Coruscant. Of course, that could be lame since it happened in the first episode . . .

Maybe she is Bail Organa's wife/significant other and the foster mother of Leia? A "Queen" to Leia's "Princess" perhaps? :confused:

I'm hoping it will not be the queen of Naboo. Do we really need to see a different queen of that planet EVERY movie?

I like the idea of it being Bail's wife :). She may only be in it in a small scene where Ben is handing Leia over to them, but I look forward to seeing Bail's missus :).

I was thinking along the same lines as you guys. I would like to see her play Leia's adoptive mother. I think that would be pretty cool... :cool:

I mean... it really makes sense if you think about it. If they wanted actors of similar ethinicities for a race of people- Jimmy Smits is a Latino man and it appears, by the name, that this actress is Latina- this would be perfect. :)
