Max Rebo

Sorry to start a thread just for this but I've just discovered that I know or i'm pretty sure I know the guy who played Max Rebo - Simon Williamson.
There was a Simon Williamson who lived round the corner from us years ago and was really into puppets and puppetry. He was the first person in Britain to get a scholarship to go and study puppetry at academic level. I know he worked for Jim Henson on various projects like the Storyteller series and Muppet movies, I know he worked for the Spitting image company. And now it appears he was the guy or one of them inside Max Rebo. It's just kinda cool to know that a guy I knew did that.
If it's the guy I'm thinking of he started out doing puppet shows at kids parties. Quite a step up to work on such great projects like ROTJ and muppet stuff. Wonder what he's doing now......? :)

The bottom two must be him. I've got to get to the bottom of this and find out if it really is him. He went to church with my sister and they sang in the choir as teens. My sister had a huge crush on him as I recall. He was something of a looker back then according to her. Maybe I'll have to find the contact details for this guy and write to him. Find out if he is who I think he is. I'll get back to you on this. :)
