Has anyone watched the movie in Spanish on some of the Spanish-language HBO channels? My friends and I watched it and thought it was actually better in Spanish. I speak Spanish well enough to have understood some of the dialogue (and of course I've seen it enough in English that that helped), but no one else in the room did. Still we thought Anakin was much better, though we all hated Obi-Wan's voice. The Kaminoans were dead on, though, even in Spanish. I will say I wasn't quite prepared for Yoda grammar in Spanish, though I'm happy what little I paid attention to Jar-Jar showed he was speaking Spanish accurately with "yo" substituted with "mesa" (I figured that would make my head explode).

Hmmm. I may learn Spanish just to watch it in Spanish :). How about TPM, is that better in Spanish too :D?

I watched like 5 minutes of it in Spanish. I will do that with certain movies just to hear the dubbing and all. I think it is kinda funny to hear it because of the dubbing and not watching the lips match up. Kinda like the old Kung-Fu movies

I used to watch DragonBall Z in Spanish and the voices were much better than the clowns used on Cartoon Network. I will have to try it on AOTC though just to see how it comes out.

I watched it in Spanish but since I didn't know the language only the sound of the voice made a difference. I of course know all the lines in English so I guess I may have learned some Spanish.

Actually, I've never seen TPM in Spanish, unfortunately. I only got digital cable since AOTC came out, and I catch Episode II on HBOLE or HBOLW from time to time.

I've never tried watching Dragonball Z in Spanish, but I have watched some Tenchi Muyo (a great cartoon in any language) in Spanish.
