it would probably depend on who you ask. i haven't played jedi academy, so i'd say jedi outcast is my favorite. if you like running errands and watching people dance then galaxies is for you. ;)

I feel the Dark Forces series is the greatest SW series out there but it depends on who you ask.

Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II will hold a soft spot in many people's hearts for years to come.
X-wing, TIE fighter, and Rogue Squadron are classics as well. :)
