Is this just a repack? And where is the rest of the armor?

Not just a repack, the Bike has been changed (color and design of the front end with the gun and the front steering vanes) and I think the figure no longer has red eyes. The armor is there, it's just behind the bubble, you can see it in that pic if you look carefully.
