i apologize in advance if this topic has been covered but if it has been my search skills needs sharpening. anyway is the new ultra 3po a new sculpt or a rehash of one of the previous ones, it looks at a glance unique to me but then how different do they 3po scultps really look?

It appears to be a retooling of the 'Deluxe C-3PO' from the C-3PO and Battle Droid AOTC's 2-Pack. :)
