And why is this comic called "Jedi: Dooku", not "Jedi: Quinlan Vos"?

I'm not sure if he has turned or not, but it was a good and interesting read. I look forward to reading more about Quinlan. And what type of file do the Jedi have on Asajj Ventress? Why wasn't she taken to be in the Jedi?
