Okay Hasbro, we have seen how well the Clone Wars three packs have done for the Clone Wars line; it's now time to utilize this theme in the SAGA line, and with the Original Trilogy coming out this year, there is no better time to suck our wallets dry for things such as droid and stormtooper three packs. Here's a list of possibilities that I think will work.
Stormtroopers
Snowtroopers
Bikerscouts
Sandtroopers
Jawas
Ugnaughts
Ewoks
This would be such a wise move that I would be surprised if you passed on it. We would all buy insane amounts of these, to the point that retailers would be begging you to have the privelage of carrying these on their pegs. I know I would be total sucker for these and buy them up like there was no tomorrow, and I think many on this board would concur. Take advandage of our addiction and make a dream like this come true for us.

I like all you mentioned with the exception of the Ugnaughts, i dont think we need many more of them to operate our Bespin Chamber playset. But the Stormtroopers, Snowtroopers, Biker Scouts and Sandtroopers would be good way to cheaply army build. They wouldnt even have to be super poseable, i thnk most people wouldnt mind if they were like our current Clone 3 packs.

How about Jawas and Tuskens? You can't have too many of those. We can forgive lack of articulation for some more varied Tusken Raiders.
Or how about finally doing an NJO toy line, and making a three pack of Yuuzhan Vong, or New Republic Jedi Knights?

Okay so we have those entioned:
Stormtroopers
Snowtroopers
Bikerscouts
Sandtroopers
Jawas
Ugnaughts
Ewoks
How about these as well:
Imperial Officers (gray/green/black uniforms!) either one of each in a set or three sets with one color each! No need for different sculpts for each color just change the paint! Maybe have different hair color?
Imperial Gunners
Death Star troopers (big black bowl helmeted guys that were in the Target exclusive accessory packs)

Or Skiff Guards like Niktos, Klaatus, Weequays and Baradas. I'm sure there's more than one version of those aliens in ROTJ, escorting Luke and co. to the Pit of Carkoon. The Vintage figures have different outfits compared to the new ones. Nikto had a blue vest, Barada had a yellow shirt and red pants, there was a second Klaatu w/a different outfit. And in the movie, another Weequay wears an armor somewhat like plate-mail. So, these are always possibilities for army-building. And it doesn't end here. You have other guards like the various humans and aliens they used in ROTJ. And NO, they don't have to be super articulated to cut down the cost. Just as long as they have the basic joints for adequate posing and display, that will do fine. Snap into it, Hasbro!!!!!!! :D

SAGA 3-packs is a must! Here's what I'd like to see...
Stormtroopers
Biker Scouts
Snowtroopers
Ewoks
Jawas
Droids
Imperial Officers (black and grey)
Rebel Fleet Troopers
Hoth Rebel Soldiers
Obi-Dan Kenobi

Yeah, I'd say this would be a brilliant idea, and it's something I suggested at the Hasbro panel last summer at Wizard World Chicago. Stormtroopers would just be a no-brainer, and a few variations of 3-packs for stormtroopers would be especially sweet.
I, personally, would buy at leat one each of:
Stormtroopers
Sandtroopers
Biker Scouts (a3-pack, not another scout with a speeder bike!)
Snowtroopers
Death Star Troopers
Imperial Officers
Jawas
Tusken Raiders
Echo Base Troopers
Endor Rebel Soldiers
Protocol Droids
Astromechs
Naboo Soldiers
So get on it, Hasbro! And a new, super-articulated Stormtrooper would be cool, too.:)
