To my embarrasment, one pal at my job asked me this a couple of days ago:

"How can activated Podracers remain suspended in the air when they're not racing at all, like standing at the pit or waiting at the starting line?"

I've looked for some answers here and there but didn't have much success. Guess it can be a repulsorlift thing like the airspeeders...or just another Lucas & friends technical unsolved mistery.

Got an answer  ?

You've got to be right, Dialogus. Repulsor lifts like speeders to keep them afloat. That's the only explanation that makes any sense.

Anti gravity enhancers. Or repulspor lifts.
