At the time I post this, the price is at $27,600!

Madness!

(Mods - I posted this here because the cards forum looked like a ccg forum, so if this does belong in there, please move. Thanks!)

Sweet mother of God! I could pay for a brand new Mini-Cooper S with that amount of money. And it's all for a patch that cost pennies to make.

Im willing to part with this collection for only a smidgen of what that guy s is selling ONE card for.. yep.. only 7K. fair? right? come on!!

I think the worst part about the whole thing is that the guy is actually gonna charge you for shipping. If I'm paying $60,000 for a stupid card I want the guy to personally drive to my house and present it on a gold platter. And he also better bring some delicious Triscut snack crackers too.

With colby-jack cheese. Delicious indeed!

$400 for shipping - what the hell IS that? What could you possibly expect for that much in shipping costs? Triscuits be damned, I'd want David Stern pulling me in a flipping rikshaw to go pick it up for that much money. Ridiculous.

All I can think of is that they are anticipating insurance costs on such a big ticket item.

That, or it's just a scam. :p

To think how much good could have been done in this world with $60,000 instead of buying a 3"x5" card.

I could buy 40,000 packs of 3x5 index cards and draw on them. :beard:
