As per title. I know a few of us that have kids (kidhuman, Brandon, Bobafrett, myself), anyone else got little ones? I'm sure some of you do - so happy Father's Day. Let us know if you got any Star Wars gifts.

Yes!
My son painted me up a coffee mug with a picture of Darth Vader standing next to his Tie fighter. (I'd say it's kind of an abstract interpretation really.)

I think that's pretty awesome, plasticfetish. No SW for me today. I'm down to only needing J'Quille out of the current and recent waves (which my kids do know) and my wife stays out of trying to find anything I'm looking for from older waves, because she doesn't know what a good price is.

Still, it was a good Father's Day overall.

That's really good actually! No SW from my kids. But that's okay. I got them something instead. :)

He'll be here all week, folks. Try the veal! :D

That mug is sweet - I told my daughter that all I wanted to do was watch SW from breakfast until supper, she replied: "Yeah, but we don't even know how Anakin turns into Darth Vader yet!!!"

Not bad for a five year old.

Uh-oh JR,
don't ever let your daughter talk shop with stillakid. :p

Yeah, she's a child of the PT for sure. 2 viewings of AOTC in the theatre - not one trip to the bathroom. :D

With that fact known,I agree with Caesar's post whole heartedly. :beard:

:D It's funny you say that because I was just remembering when my own son was around 6 or so, he asked me (without prompting in any way), "Dad, how come Yoda isn't the one teaching Obi Wan?" Bright kid. :)

OR maybe you taught him to take everything too literally. :D

Anyway, JR, can your daughter type yet ? I'd like her to post under your name and have a debate with stillakid over the pros/cons of seeing Vader's transformation onscreen. :crazed:

My little one at 14 months just was happy to stand up and give me a hug.

(btw SSG is the only place I posted a picture of him at the hospital)

As 2-1B said to me the other day, we went to go see ROTS on fathers day 5 (?) years ago! We each snagged probably 50 or so of the Vader "Who's your daddy?" posters they were giving away. I ended up mailing about a dozen or so to Cappy... I wonder if I still have mine?
