OTC figures: Straight Repacks or Changed?

As a loose collector, I planned on only getting the 8 or so "new" figures announced for the OTC. Then, pictures of the OTC Bespin Luke surfaced sporting an all new paint job. This to me constitutes a new figure, and is desirable to me. A report from a Canadian collector who got his X-Wing Luke OTC figure today says it looks "much better than the previous one". I've emailed him looking for what the changes were, but haven't heard yet.

EDITED: I have now heard - the flight suit is a more accurate colour, and the buck teeth are not painted white (and hence stand out a lot less, apparently).

What I'd like to do here is have people who have received the figures chime in here about whether or not any changes have been made to the sculpts, paint (or both) of these figures so I know which of the repacks I have to concern myself with, and which ones I can let slide by safely.

It's obvious there probably will be some differences depending on the age of the figures due to paint qualities differing from the time of production and/or opinions changing. Such as the Pilot Luke, Hasbro likely decided to use the opportunity to make it more correct than they did first time around. Kinda cool..
