They look like new figures. At least they tried on these.

Thanks for the pic, Turbo - they look a lot better. I'll use this info to update my list of repacks vs. repaints.

You got it, that's what I'm here for.;)

Looks good. Since I don't have any Star Wars figures anymore, whether their re-packs or not, their all new figures to me. :classic:

I ordered a bunch from BBTS last night. :D

They have 18 of them in-stock.

Dagobah Yoda
Storm Trooper

many more.

Nice Jawas. At least Hasbro is doing the right thing.

The repainted Tusken looks really good.

I DO like the new Jawas. I was a little dismayed that they can't seem to pack a gaffi stick in with their Tuskens... especially since the one who attacked Luke had one!

Nice looking pair. I'll need more of 'em to go with my Sandcrawler :D

I may have to rethink about passing on many of the OTC now that pictures are showing up. Was going to just get the new ones, but I'll probably end up getting at least one of each now.

Great job, Hasbro! You'll get me to buy some of these rehash figures yet! :D

These do look really nice, I need some more to go with that new Sandcrawler. Where are the pics of the Tusken Raider?

The Jawas look great.. Hell, all of the OTC looks great so far. Now why couldn't Hasbro pack two Ewoks like they did with the Jawa?

Hey Agent23, I ordered a few from BBTS last night too. Can't wait to get 'em. I ended up getting Boba, Bossk, IG88, and Yoda. $9.99 might be a little pricy for the Boba, but I didn't want to risk not finding it... The others were $7.99.

How much will they retail for in stores? I mean at least with BBTS, you don't have tax and the shipping is great at $4.99 so it kinda balances out. I checked earlier.

Scout Trooper
Dagobah Luke
Dagobah Yoda

all sold out already.

Can't wait for them to show up. I ordered 1 each of all 18 they had available. :classic:

I think they're gonna be $4.99 at retail. I could be wrong though. The scout was sold out last night, He was the only one sold out when I ordered (I would have ordered him too).

It was hard not to order the Stormy & Tie Pilot as well... :smoker:

Scout Trooper, I was able to get, but when I went back about 15 minutes later, no joke it was sold out.

This line is gonna be huge I think, it is bringing back in alot of old collector's (myself included). I also think the dvd release is helping Star Wars "gain steam" again. :D

If they are selling out that quickly everywhere, I anm glad thgat EE changed my case wave then. Now I get two of them, the downside is I need to find a Luke and Yoda at retail.

07-02-2004, 11:46 PM
Yea, they really seem to be selling really good so far. Glad, I ordered mine, before they sold out last night. I also pre-ordered the entire VOTC Line. Those look really good. Ahhh Memories. :classic:

Gotta order more Star Cases... and right soon...

Those Jawas look nice! These OTC packages really are attractive. It makes some of the bad figures look good. Especially that Luke Skywalker (Dagobah Training Gear) figure looks terrible, but the package makes me forget how terrible it looks.

07-09-2004, 09:16 PM
Cool!! I am looking forward to getting that!

07-10-2004, 11:09 PM
I can't wait to get all of these figs. Even though most of them are just resculpts it makes little difference. And I agree with Sluray that the new packaging does make a lot of the figures look a lot better no matter how many times they have made them.

Jawas look much better :)

Jawas look better and most of the OTC figures have great potential. I can't wait for the OTC waves a year from now...they will be even better!!

07-11-2004, 09:48 PM
I have 21 of the 38 OTC figures so far. And, I really like them, ALOT. My favorites are probly Dagobah R2-D2, Spirit Obi-Wan and Bobba Fett.

Still need Princess Leia and Darth Vader and am all caught up till the Jawa wave comes out.

No doubt the packaging looks fantastic, it really works wonders in sprucing up old figures, but I really don't see much difference in these Jawas and the originals. What is it about their "new" paintjob that seems to have all of you so excited - the silver buttons on their bandoliers?!
