OTC Dagobah Luke Variation

Not sure if this is a common variant, production error or what, but as I stopped by my local Sprawl-Mart today I noticed a variant of the Dagobah Luke that I already had. This version of Luke has him doing his jedi training exercise, standing on his hands, upside-down. He is also without his blue pack on him, and the card bubbled isn't centered like the normal version. Another major difference is with his hair, which looks like it should when you are standing upside down.

Is this something in which the beginning Dagobah Lukes all look like one thing, but the later released ones will all resemble something slightly different, sorta, but not quite like the Bloody Luke variant from Saga?

This figure has the two heads and two sets of arms included in it. Hasbro put both versions on cards. Right now this version is not showing up as much, but that could change. The blue pack and other head and arms are behind the cardboard in the bubble. If you run across an extra LMK.
