SA Clonetrooper re-issue

Hey, again, Hasbro.

There is an OVERWHELMING demand for many of these clones to be put into circulation.

Here's a few ideas:

1. Reissue the Clone Wars figure as is through a site like StarWarsShop.com, but this time ship block cases of 12. Make em available as a whole case or seperately, they'd sell both ways.

2. Reissue the Kit-Tin-Clone case of Clone Wars figures through SWS.com. I still don't have any of the 3 and I'd buy at least a case for the extra Clones.

3. Put out in the OTC-card-style line for 04 the SA Clonetrooper....however...include the "rifle" from the SAGA version and the "blaster" from the Clone Wars version.

4. Make a new three pack. The ultimate army building 3 pack. Include the SA Clonetrooper, the ROTJ VOTC SA Stormtrooper, and have a Episode 3 Clonetrooper with a removeable helmet/Jango-likeness. As accessories, include the Episode 2 rifle, Clone Wars blaster, Episode 4 rifle and blaster, and whatever gun is actually used onscreen by the soliders in Episode 3. Charge $20 for the pack since each figure is Super Articulated and comes with 2 different weapons. Include a base as well for each-a Geonosis rock base for the SA Clonetrooper, a black Imperial Dignitary-like Death Star base for the Stormtrooper, and a new base for the Episode 3 Clonetrooper(something from the movie...maybe a land(forest) base).

I think these are all reasonable ideas. So how bout it?

Definately, the army sets are a great idea. I would so buy two of each just to have. I like the concepts of the otc carded versions as well. This figure is definately needed to be rehashed and rereleased. :D :D
Hasbro wake up and listen, we don't need the same Han Solo "flight to alderaan" rehash a millon times, we need our SA Clones, Our Clone Wars Kit and Tinn, and the rumored Plo Koon. Plus there are still so many characters based on the cartoon that canbe made. The only issue is don't make them like the animated line. :mad: :mad:

Howsabout once ROTS is released and the line gets merged with the OTC to create Saga 2 or whatever the ensuing line will be called, not only re-release the SA Clonetrooper, but give us several cases of army builders! I don't mean necessarily solid cases of one figure, but pick several of the best from the history of the line, and maybe a few new sculpts.

I know I'd like to see more of these, maybe with different colors when applicable:

SA Clonetrooper
SA ROTS Clonetrooper (you know you've got one in the works)
Stormtrooper (preferably the VOTC -- I think putting it on the regular card at the normal price wouldn't be a stretch)
Battle Droid
Super Battle Droid (but, please, a better sculpt than the carded Saga version)
Scout Trooper (but different from the original, because you've already released the overly posed "Dr Doom gives his 'master plan' speech" four times, and it's not a pose that looks good in multiples)
Ewok (mix and match the parts from Wicket, Logray, Teebo, Paploo, the unnamed Deluxe Ewok, and the Chirpa you'd better already have planned with different paint jobs and you've got plenty of generic 'Woks)
Snowtroopers (with a tad more articulation, hopefully)

But please, no TIE Pilots! We've got about a bazillion of them already! And still no accurate TIE Fighter for them to fly!

I dig that idea Chux. Make a caase solely army builders, but mix and match them. For the empoire you could stick 12 different forms of Stormtroopers. Have one strictly clones, one Ewoks, and so on.

Ya know, if Hasbro actually PUT OUT the SA Clone with a blaster and a rifle I'd start army building en masse again.

I never got a SA Clone so reisussing them would be nice.I mean,how many Lukes can we have?Yes,some of the rescuplts are great,but why re-issue resculpts when you can get a Saga/POTJ verison of the same figure for a discounted price?

More SA Clones in different colors would be awesome Hasbro.Melt down some Lukes :)
