Oh, certainly not! I would bring my grandma back, as well as my cat Gracie. They're way ahead of everyone who's important/famous.

As for important/famous people, I forgot Jim Henson. I would definatley love to have him working with the Muppets again.

I think we should all remember what happened in Pet Cemetary (and Pet Cemetary 2) and just leave what is as what is.

But of course if I had the opportunity I would resurrect:

Jesus of Nazareth (to try to understand the mystery of this man)
Benjamin Franklin
Teddy Roosevelt
Eleanor Roosevelt
Winston Churchill
Abe Lincoln
JFK
RFK
MLK (Anybody here, see my old friend . . .)
Elvis
Marilyn Monroe
Jim Morrison
Ritchie Valens
Buddy Holly
Gene Rayburn
my cat Pumpkin (I'm sorry we had to get rid of you)

And more that I am sure I will think of later

Eh....now if we resurrect them...does that mean they regain their flesh and such? Or do they have to wander the earth all ooky and smelly?

Cause you know...nobody wants a dead Jim Henson wandering the place....
"Hi-hoh Kermit THE frog here, and I want your braaaaains"

Honestly I don't feel like resurrecting anyone. How boring would that be? And how ungrateful would the resurrectee be?

"Oh thanks. You couldn't have just let things well enough alone and let me rot. Noooo! You had to bring me back so I can die AGAIN."

Not my cup of cocoa I'm afraid. :)

Well all you'd get out of jesus is "durka durka hrk durka durk durka". wouldn't be much of a conflab.

I'd definitely resurrect Harvey Milk. Just so he could see that yes he made a difference and also that there's still much to change with regards to equality egality and liberty.

Slobodan Milošević so they could finish charging him with crimes against humanity. Though that pretty much goes for any dead dictator/despot.

my old mate Anthony Mayers who sadly died from a heroin overdose.

my doggy Buster so he could spend more time with me and we could get his medical conditions (we didn't know about until after he died) fixed.

The "King" he died on a throne.
It was a porcelain throne, but a throne nonetheless.

I'm wondering if George Carlin might have made this kind of observation.

I would certainly bring back my Grandmother, who died way too early . I could care less about any famous person.

Kind of a creepy side note : As I was writing this, a lady bug appeared on my desk(she loved ladybugs). Kinda weird, if she was alive Granny would certainly be on me about cleaning my desk, its a mess lol
