Has anyone ascertained yet what time & what program the Episode III teaser trailer will be featured on Nov. 4(Has the date changed?)???

They showed a "blink and you'll miss it" clip on Access Hollywood earlier tonight, as a preview to tomorrow. In those two seconds was a major image, that of a guy in a hood with craggly, missing teeth, swinging a red lightsaber. I think they just might have shown Palpatine.
