12" clone trooper question

I bought a loose 12" clone trooper at the flea market over the weekend. The helmet and part of the body armor is yellowed. I haven't cleaned it yet but I was wonder if this was a problem with clone troopers.

Oh yeah, fairly common with the regular Clone Troopers, though IIRC it's not an issue with the KB-exclusive red Clone.
