What the...?! The guy on the tv just said that Anakin takes trip to hell to ask that somebody be brought back to life! :eek:
What exactly is "hell" in the Star Wars universe? And is it Padme or Shmi?

This sounds very far-fetched even for the Prequels. I liked that plot better when it was called "What Dreams May Come".
"Hell" is probably allegory for the lava planet of Mustafar. And the events that unfold there.
But I could be wrong.

The guy uses "literally" when talking about Lucas alluding to Anakin visiting hell.

It was a quote on TV, not in the article.

I'll put money on either Padme or Shmi. And since Shmi dying is sooooo Episode II I'd bet on Padme.

It's the plot. He's trying to bring the plot back from death. ;)
