Are Commtech chips from Canada in French or English? I have the opportunity to buy some Canadian carded E1 and Commtech POTF figures, I don't want to hear "C'est le Jedi"! (Actually Tatooine Maul isn't one of them)

All of the Canadian CommTech figs I have speak English.

Although there are Spanish and French speaking CommTech chips out there.:sur:

I hope that helps.

I have a Padme, Queen Amidala, Jedi-Duel Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan that are all on Canadian trilingual cards. And yes, they do speak English however as sithkiller points out, you can hear snippets of the Canadian accent, if you listen closely. For instance Padme says, "your a funny little boy, how do you know so much, ehhh?" Then she mumbles something unintelligle and ends it with, "you hoser" :o

My Queen Amidala from Japan has an English speaking CommTech chip. She says, "I come befoe you to lesolve this attack on ah soveleignty now!" She sounds a little like if my mom were to play a Neimoidian... ;)

yes... I'm part Japanese, so I can go there.
