Clone Commander Paint Error

here we have the Clone Commander from the ROTS line.
it has the black visor missing from his mask. i don't know if it's a hard error to find in stores, or if it was shipped only in the begining, but then corrected. but i have yet to see one in person. and the Clone Commander i have, is the regular version. has anyone actually seen this in stores?

The three CCs I own have good paint jobs, but I'm pretty particular about checking for that. I've seen ROTS Royal Guards with missing or incomplete visor paint, plus Boba/Jango Fett figures occasionally had this problem too. I usually avoid figures with mistakes like this.
