I live in the SF bay area and rarely find figures in the stores.

Where is the best place to buy the new figures on-line? I like to buy the entire wave at one time.

Sometimes I have had luck on ebay - but I would like to buy the figures for around $8 + shipping.

There are a few places I strongly suggest going to. I personally like Yestertoys.com. They are fast (as fast as the UPS trucks go) and their customer service is second-to-none. They have a great selection, too. I also like Dnstoys.com. They ship via postal service and also have great prices and selection. Their customer service is almost as good as yestertoys, also. My third fav, is jamstoys.com. They were also quick, fairly cheap and had a good selection. I hope this helps you. Just stay away from Brianstoys.com and Action-figures.net. Brianstoys is expensive and Action-figures.net has HORRIBLE customer service. There ya go!:D

I ordered from Yestertoys on Saturday, and they said that my package would arrive next week! What is up with their shipping methods? PloKoon3385 or someone please explain this too me.

They ship via UPS and UPS doesn't deliver on saturdays, and they dont ship either. Standard shipping is a business week (5-7 business days). So it is quite ordinary that you receive it next week.:)

Oh :stupid: sorry for me blowing up there, I guess it kinda does make sense since it's buisness days and not regular days;)

Thank you for the great suggestions. I really like the first two websites - and Yestertoys has a 2pk I have been looking for.

The prices are more reasonable than what I have been paying!

Yeah, I have to admit there prices are pretty fair compared to Brianstoys and the others.

I have found Yestertoys and New Force to be great! I ordered non-mint from Yestertoys and my items were still in very good condition! I ordered from Entertainment Earth once, and though most of their prices are pretty high, they did ship my order very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. I ordered from Action-figures.net in July, got charged for my order, and never recieved anything!!! They ignore my e-mails and have no phone number posted on their site. Stay away from them at all costs! :greedy:

I agree withb Plo here with his 3 picks of on-line stores. I have used all three and so far have been very pleased. I would also say stay away from Brain's way to high.

I generally go to Brian's Toys to cash in on the deals they have and that's about it. Sadly, their selection really does have pretty much everybody beat if you look at the catalogue they send out in the mail.

I haven't bought a lot of stuff online except for ebay, but planetactionfigure.com has always had the best buys as far as I've seen. They've always shipped stuff quickly, in good shape without any games like I've heard from other online stores. I have to agree about Brian's Toys. Their prices are really ridiculous.

Mandalorian Canadian is correct.....planetactionfigure.com is very fair when it comes to the new stuff/presells.....they used to carry older items, but now stay with the new to relatively new items. I've used 'em before as well.....fast shipping.........:Pirate:....matey.....

It's true, Planetactionfigure.com is a pretty good place to go. However, they don't seem to get their new things in as soon as other places. But they have excellent prices. Their selection could use work though. I am trying Toymaniacs to get my Anniversary sets for $20 a piece (all three) and I would like to know if you have had any luck with them? What are your impressions on them? I haven't heard much about them. They looked good though. Fairly reasonable prices and excellent selection.

I tried toymaniacs.com and was indeed impressed. I ordered from them on Saturday and the package arrived today (Thursday.) That's fast. Also, their selection was good and they arrived in mint condition. Good place to go.

I tried Yestertoys to get the FX-7 wave -- which at the time I placed my order they were out of. So, I had to backorder. Still, I had my figures in less than fourteen days and at a price that was very reasonable, I thought. I was VERY impressed. The toys arrived totally mint -- which frankly I didn;t even care about because I ripped them open ASAP. (FX-7 is bar none the coolest figure ever. Wow!!!)

I've given up on retail as far as figs go. The couple of dollars I save is just not worth the hassle.

I just ordered a box full of stuff from Yestertoys on Monday. It's mostly older POTJ stuff that I missed and really wanted. I also picked up a couple palmtalkers I really wanted. The prices were really reasonable. I got the deluxe Leia and Amanaman for $10.00 and $11.00 respectively. Not bad considering TRU is charging $14.99 for the Maul and Luke sets around here!!!
