Im debating on what time to show up to the theater on the eve of May 18. No hoopla is going on before hand, but i do think the theater will be busy. I think im gonna show up like at 10-10:30 w/ my portable dvd player and watch AOTC while im in line...

When are you gonna get in line for ROTS? (or are you already in line:D )

Well, since its a Wednesday night I will have to watch Smallville, then I can take off whenever. I imagine I will get there around 10 or so...already have my tickets, just want to get a good seat. Since they usually let people into the theater a good half hour or so before the show, I think 10 would be a good time, just to play it safe.

Well I took the 19th off. I'll have advance tickets for the first showing and will get there about an hour early so I can secure my favorite seats. The ones with no one in front of me and a nice rail that I can kick my feet up on and get comfy.

10:30 or 11 p.m. I'm not too worried about getting a decent seat.

My wife and I will probably follow the same schedule we followed with Episode II. We arrived around 8:00 pm (after my long day of getting a professor to let me take my last final early, move out of the dorm, drive home, etc. etc.). We ordered our tickets ahead of time on Cinemark's website, so that wasn't an issue. Same deal this time...ordered them last week.

Hopefully, we'll meet up with other local SW collectors, which will really make time fly by and the experience more memorable.

I'll probably get in line around 10pm but will scout out the area periodically starting around 8pm so if we see a large line forming sooner than we planned, we can park and hop in line.

I'm seeing a showing at 3:40 in the afternoon, but still plan to get there at 1 or so. The theater I go to for SW opening days is never too crowded, leastaways not since they built two better ones within a short driving distance. But you gotta go with tradition, you know? I've seen the previous five SW films for the first time there, and this won't be any different.

There was a small group of teenagers in line ahead of me and my family for AOTC, then a whole lot of people behind us, so I guess we got there in good time.

I'll show up around 8pm and if there isn't a huge line I'll most likely kill some time since I'll be in NYC. Probably run over to the Times Square TRU and maybe even get a bite to eat but I'll definitely be in line before 10pm.

My town is small and they have just built a new theatre. It always sells out for opening night. Getting decent seats will be desirable so maybe an hour before.
Tomorow I get my tickets!!!! 4 of them!!

I ll drive by the theater on my way home from work. Around 4pm. Then I ll probably drive by again around 530 or 6. And then 7, 8, 830, 9. If at any time I see a line formed. I will get in it. If no one is there at 9 though, I ll probably start my own line.

Well, the first show I go to is at 10 AM. If I get there by 9:30, I'll be fine. Especially since they don't open the doors till then anyway.

I'll prolly show up around 10 for the midnight showing. Ever since I got stuck sitting in the front row for Air Force One, I make it a point early enough to get seats at least 10 rows back so I can actually see the whole screen.

i'm going to the midnight show... don't know about crowds here, never been to an "event" opening like this down in NC yet... but i live across the street from the theater, so i'm not too worried about getting a good seat. i'll probably check it out around 10:30 or so, then if there isn't anyone there, i'll go back at 11.

I'll probably show up about 5 or 6 whenever I get off of work. The theater I'm going to is where the AZ line-up is taking place, so there will be people there already I'm sure of it. I'm just hoping to get a good enough seat to not have to sit down low.

Im working on the 18th until nine, then im going to pick up my brother and head straight for the theater. Im expecting to be there around 10, though i wont be suprised if there is already a decent line of a dozen or so people.
