I was happy to open the package from them and found that they charged me for two Celebration III figures and only packed one...now, I have missed out on getting two from them because of their incompetence...I really appreciate it . Thanks!

Yeah, mine was poorly packed and the starcase was crushed. My option was to keep it or send the whole thing back. Like I would ever see a replacement show up.

That's what you get for not waiting in line with the rest of us nuts for 100+ hours just to get inside and stand in another line that leads you to another line outside that goes back inside that takes you to the line waiting for the line to be un-capped so you can stand in line for the cashier. . . . . . he he he..

Just kidding . . . that does stick man. I hope they offer some kind of refund or exchange!

I did stand in line on Friday at C3...got my four then, but I needed two more for my friend that didn't go until Saturday. I really didn't want to stand in that line again. It took 4 1/2 hours after getting in.

Result from the screw up: They sent me an email and stated that a replacement was on its way...we'll see if it is the same quality.
