Before begining battles, the Jedi are always removing their cloaks. However, when hoods are up for Darth Vader and Darth Sidious, the hoods stay up and on their head! Is there a magical melding of the cloth and their skulls throught the force :crazed:

I like the Jedi tend to take off their cloaks, looked pretty cool in the Qui Gon/Obi vs. Darth Maul fight. As far as hoods staying up what about Obi Wan? His it seems just find riding Boga, the hood also didn't seem to give him any problems when he and Yoda were tag teaming those clones outside the temple. Vader wasn't too "active" while his hood was up and as far as Sids? Well I think it was easier to have a cgi Sids with his hood up when seeing the distant shots of him and Yoda fighting.

Just proof that the laws of physics really don't apply in the Star Wars universe....

Don't forget about Obi-Wan when he's fighting Vader, his hood stayed up the whole time so maybe he was dabbling in the dark side force hood.

dark side force hood.
I thought that's what they called the "bad" part of Coruscant where they do drive-by force chokes? :p

Opps, boy I don't want to come off as a guy who digs up old threads with no point. :D

so are you worried about being pointless; or that you'll get the reputation of only getting out the golden shovel for pointless threads?
