Hey guys here's an update-
I had to stop working on my Mustafar Battle sceen painting for awhile to start a painting for my brother for his birthday:
Ive worked on it for two days so far (and have a lot left to do...):

Im gonna have to clean it up later (still wet)- but i am starting to like it. I still have to put in all the lights (tomorrow?), the city and not to mention Voyager..

The city lights took forever.. I also gave up with paint on the bridge's support strings and used a ruler and sharpie. I like it though.. :)

Excellent work! Do you do that freehand or do you first trace it and then color in with paint? Either way it is still way impressive.

No tracing!! First I freehand it all with a ruler and then I paint in layers. Thank you both for the kind words.

Impressive! I never could get the hang of brushwork on a canvas. I do fine in 3D, such as an action figure or sculpture but not on a flat surface.

Very good stuff and I look forward to seeing more!:thumbsup:
