Obi-Wan says "Master Vos has moved his troops to Boz Pity." Yet in the comics, and in the animatics for ROTS, he's on Kashyyyk, I believe. So what's the deal? Did he suddenly move from Boz Pity to Kashyyyk in time for Order 66, or what?

The way I see it is that the movies take precedence over all. So he's on Boz Pity. Just my opinion.

In Republic #77, which takes place 3 weeks before Revenge of the Sith, Vos says "I'm being sent to Boz Pity, where there are clones in need of a general."
And there are a few more issues left before ROTS, and according to summaries of upcoming issues, I think he ends up on Kashyyyk by the time of Order 66.

I'm w/ Slicker on this one the movie is what's what. For my money he's at Boz Pity, I'm not sure why he'd go to Kashyyyk there already were a couple of Jedi there.

I think this will eventually be filled in by EU . . . during the briefing, Master Vos is on Boz Pity (Stass Allie was left behind on Saleucami and that's where she dies) but by the time of Order 66, who knows how far he made it ?

As far as the films are concerned, he may as well have died on Boz Pity but I wouldn't be surprised if a comic has him survive the initial attack on Pity and move along for awhile until they finally kill him. :)

Personally, I don't care where he died, I just like Obi's delivery of the line "Saleucami has fallen, and Master Vos has moved his troops to Boz Pity."

Where's Quinlan supposed to be? In the EU, where he belongs.

Republic #81
The first issue of a three-part story that begins during the events of Revenge of the Sith, and reveals a battle that was not shown in that film!
The Separatist attack on the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyyk demands a strong response from the Republic, and Jedi Masters Luminara Unduli and Quinlan Vos arrive with their clone armies. But there may be more behind the Separatist attack-and more to the Wookiee's defense-than the Jedi know.
Old friends, new enemies, and lots of action!

Republic #82
A battle rages on the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyk. Victory is in sight for the clone armies of the Republic, led by Jedi Masters Yoda, Luminara Unduli, and Quinlan Vos, but none of them are aware that victory will lead to a betrayal that will change the galaxy forever. There is one chance to survive, and one course remaining to any who
survive ...
The fate of the Jedi Order is sealed, but a single Jedi may find a path to the future ... or to the grave.
Covering events during and after Revenge of the Sith!

Republic #83
Palpatine's Order 66 has changed everything. As Jedi are slaughtered across the galaxy, one has managed to cheat fate-but for how long? Badly wounded by the same troops he just led to victory, Master Quinlan Vos retreats into the jungle wilderness of the Wookiee homeworld Kashyyyk. As the clones close in, Vos must choose-stay and fight, or run and put those he loves in danger of the newborn Empire's wrath?

They probably figured they needed one EU Jedi with a following to survive. Although he had announced he'd be leaving the Jedi Order to be with. . . whatsherface. Maybe he'll survive and make it to her.

Their unborn kid could be an EU character later on.

Leaving the order or no I'd think Palps would want him axed.

I was referring not to the Galactic Empire, but that other evil empire: Lucasfilm Licensing. :p
