After Naboo is transformed into Dagobah, Maul's Sith Infiltrator becomes overgrown with weeds, algae, etc. and becomes Yoda's hut.

As for Luke's ESB lightsaber if you go by EU (disclaimer: I don't) then it goes something like this: Vader retrieved his hand from the bottom of the air shaft, took it back to the Emperor, and they had him cloned from it.
As for Ben's ANH one I would assume that Vader kept it as a trophy.

I was being sarcastic, ew2. The rumor was that since Naboo pretty much disappeared after the Prequels, it "became" Dagobah somehow  . This was one of those "an LFL insider told me"-type spoilers (false) before Episode 3 came out.
So you're right, it doesn't appear in any movies or novels or any other piece of Star Wars lore. I was just having some fun.

Shortly after the Battle of Naboo, a disgruntled meter maid got tired of ticketing Maul's ship (he had parked in a handicap spot, the bastard), so she had it impounded and later crushed. The Jedi Council was furious when it came to light that their key clue to the mystery of the Sith was now a small metal cube resting in forgotten corner of the Theed Royal Junkyard.

Okay, this is all EU.

I believe one book (possibly Labyrinth of Evil) refers to the Infiltrator being found by authorities and investigated, but yielding no useful information as the databanks self-destruct when tampered with.
Also Bens Light Saber In Star Wars? Where Did It Go?
Vader kept it and had it shipped to his castle on Vjun shortly before the Death Star was destroyed. It was assumed lost for years, until the lame Jedi historian/singer-songwriter Tionne learned of its whereabouts. It was retrieved by Anakin Solo (who learned that his grandfather had, indeed, still been human when he found that his other most treasured possession had been a holo of Luke). It was brought back and given to Luke, who kept it in the treasury at the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV. However, it's not been revealed whether it was still there when the Yuuzhan Vong destroyed the Academy.
lukes In Esb?
Vader's troops retrieve it from a junkroom on Bespin; it is then kept in storage and all but forgotten for five years after the Battle of Endor. However, when Grand Admiral Thrawn reinstates the cloning facilities on Wayland, he finds that the facility is guarded by an insane clone of the dead Jedi Master Jorus C'Baoth. (When Palpatine created this clone will presumably be answered in the upcoming novel Outbound Flight.) Joruus, as the clone calls himself, insists upon Force-sensitive students, and wants Luke, Leia, Leia's unborn children, and Mara Jade. In the meantime, Thrawn procures the lightsaber and hand and creates a clone, Luuke Skywalker, who uses the saber for his short life. He is killed by Mara, fulfilling (in a way) the Emperor's last command that she kill Luke Skywalker (hey, he didn't spell it for her!); Luke then gives the saber to his future wife as a gift. Though she has been portrayed (as on the cover of Vision of the Future) with a different, green saber, it's normally assumed Mara Jade Skywalker still uses Anakin's blade as her primary saber.

I have a couple of on topic answers I've been thinking about...
I dont think Darth Maul would have cloaked his ship on Naboo. I'm sure he hid it somewhere on the planet, then rode into Theed on his speeder. His ship is still sitting there, probably in disaray ofer time. Probably it was discovered by some Gungans venturing the planet.
I think Vader would have kept Obi-Wan's lightsaber as a tribute or trophy.
Heres one: "What happened to Obi-Wan's lightsaber in AOTC" The last time he had it was during his transmision to the Jedi Temple on Geonosis when he was attacked by Droidekas. Since Count Dooku was the leading authority on the planet, I figure it was given to him by the Geo warriors and he simply kept it.

"No ship that small could have a cloaking device." ;)
The Infiltrator was taken to Ray Liotta's chop shop in the movie Heartbreakers, the unofficial sequel to TPM and prequel to AOTC.

No matter what any crazy people think, Naboo is NOT Dagobah. They are both in the DVD of ROTJ. So even though he was joking, don't anyone get the idea that they're one and the same.
Also, people always seem to lose their cloaks and miraculously have another one in the next scene, no matter if they couldn't have gotten one. I think the Jedi Temple must have some HUGE cloak collection, or something.

They used the Force to make new cloaks!
All the lightsabers lost in the PT sort of lessen the impact of Luke receiving Anakin's saber in ANH, or even of Anakin Solo finding Obi-Wan's saber. How many lightsabers do Ani and Obi-Wan go through, seriously?
I don't know the answer to that question Chux, because now you're talking about two Anakins and my eyes have gone crossed. :cross-eye :cross-eye :cross-eye
Meh, I only saw Anakin (uhhh, the one from the movies, not his grandbaby) have 2 lightsabers so it's no big deal to me. The significance of Luke getting pappa's saber is still there for me since that was the one he had when he "died" or whatever . . . actually the more I think about it, the scene now carries more weight since we've seen a glimpse of how many people were killed with that thing. lol lol lol lol lol
And all Luke did was go out and lose that same one anyway, like father like son. :bandit:

Also I think Obi-Wan was playing it up for Luke in order to make the moment even more special.

If Naboo magically turns into Dagobah then where did all the people go and how did it magically turn back into Naboo at the end of the ROTJ DVD?
Naboo is NOT Dagobah.
In ANH Obi-Wan's lightsaber was probably taken by Vader after Vader cut him down. Luke's (Anakin's saber) saber was probably lost in ESB when he got his hand choped off by Vader. Cloud City was being taken over by the empire so if Lukes saber was found it was probably found and kept by the Empire.
As for Darth Maul's Infiltrator you could make up a billion stories and theories. It was probably dismantled by a local for parts and scrap. Or some pirate probably took it. Like I said, there could be endless theories but I couldn't concern myself with it too much.

Yeah, that's been established already. Perhaps you missed the sarcasm in it.

I love the idea of Jar Jar stumbling across Maul's hotrod in the jungles of Naboo shortly after TPM. He has a wacky misadventure that ends with him crashing it and Tarpals groaning "Oh no again Jar Jar!"
Maybe after Yoda died, Dagobah was changed back to Naboo by his Spirit and all those Gungans came out of hiding in the Dagobah/Naboo swamps. lol lol lol

I think Dagobah is actually Kashyyk, after all the Wookies were killed the planet was overrun by vegatation. Yoda simply changed the name to keep the Imperials off his scent. :crazed: :crazed: :crazed:
