Is there a SW comic on just the clone wars or clone troopers?

Actually, there are quite a few. Luckily, Dark Horse has been collecting them regularly into trade paperback format. If you go to amazon.com and search books for "Star Wars Clone Wars," you should find them. I believe they retail for $20 each.

Starting with issue #49 Star Wars Republic switched to the post-AOTC Clone Wars era and there are many issues that feature the clones, and as said, they are collected in the Clone Wars trade paperback volumes.

But, if you're looking for specific Clone Trooper related issues:
#50 - The Battle for Kamino, which introduced the ARC troopers.
#51 & 52 - which introduces Alpha, an ARC trooper who appeared every so often.
#60 & 62 - Spotlighting Obi-Wan and Alpha.
#68 - Aayla Secura and Bly, and told from Bly's point of view.
