Holy Ekranoplans, Batman!

The BBC has been accused of dumbing down over the past few years but this article is really taking the ****. Is this really from the last (alleged) bastion of British culture?

jeez

I found that article hilarious...hilarious that someone would waste time one, asking people about such stupid things and two, wasting time typing/writing it for others to read. Oh, and three, that they wasted my time for having read it!

lol lol lol lol lol

edit: four, they wasted my time because I had to comment on it ;)

I didn't know what half those terms are, but "happy slapping" is my new favorite term. :)

I'll do it, that way when my grand kids ask what a "flash mob" is I can give them the "Well, way back in 2006....." story. Plus, I wanna go to Cali to see what the fuss is about. If you guys are gonna be there that's a perk. I guess. :rolleyes:lol:beard:

I think we should all meet there and beat Snigtad 'til he coughs his nuts up. Or maybe that'll just be a "Covert Op" for Chux and I.:beard:

I think I'd rather go dogging with a chav then perhaps follow it up with a little happy slapping for good measure! :D ;)

Is this for real? Are the Brits really into this dogging thing? WOW! How many chavs are there in the UK? :lipsrseal :bandit: :whip:

there are dogging websites detailing the safest places to and the best places to go. it's big. mostly among ugly middle aged heterosexual people though. Gay guys still go cruising. there's websites for that too.
a metrosexual is just a gay yuppie. There's a few diferent names for chavs, depending where you are in the country. Where I'm from, a chav is called a scally. short for scallywag.
It's only recently that computers are geting more affordable. I'd be surprised if most people knew how to turn a computer on let alone know how anything works or what the terminology is or means. British people seem more interested in soap operas and reality shows than surfing the web. at most they'll game online and use an instant messenger programme. or chat rooms. or downloading music and porn. people don't use computers for technical stuff. it's a nw form of home entertainment rather than a tool for education or research or heaven forbid using a word processor or spreadsheet. Blogs, well I myself write one, but it only gets visited by a few people. and even I don't bother reading other peoples blogs. The ones I have read usually belong to school kids. fifteen year old girls mostly. it's turgid stuff. shallow as a dried up puddle.
I'll bet the largest amount of UK internet traffic is headed straight to ebay.
