Do you think thall show up pictures of the 5-6 role playing sabers, coeming out? i here that there all gona come out with diferent blade colors and stuff.

Coming soon are two versions of the authentic Star Wars lightsaber from Hasbro. The basic lightsaber has an extendable blade and will be offered in a variety of colors for fun crash-and-bash play. The electronic version will feature a light up blade, authentic sounds and feature signature handles. Shown here are Anakin Skywalker's and Count Dooku's lightsabers. Each lightsaber sold separately.

My understanding was that there would be 4 of them: Blue, Green, Red and Purple. We know the Purple will be Mace, but I want to know whose the others will be....

Only Anakins and Dookus so far. I don't know if any others are planned but those are up on Hasbros site now.

I'm almost positive the ones we saw today on sw.com are the electronic ones, not the "basic" assortment of multi-colored ones.

I'm sure you're right Dexter-Finster. They mentioned that the electronic ones would have "signiture handles" as opposed to the basic which I figure will just have one generic handle. I can't imagine that they would choose Dookus funky handle as the generic one :crazed:

So that's why we only got Vader's and Jedi Luke's in the first batch of sabers! I knew it, they were planning this all along! :rolleyes:

Eh, sabers are sabers, Dooku's looks like it'd be difficult to hold, but I'm definitely gonna grab Anakin's so I can finally have this saber, I wanted this one ever since the first saber hit. :)
