Are you in the market for a toy or a high-end replica? I think Hasbro is re-releasing the toy version this year with Endor decor (probably mud on the Yosemite Sam tail flaps).

AMT/ERTL has an AT-AT model kit that runs about $12.

Try iconusa.com. I purchased one of the AT-AT's from the miniature line. Good scale and great detail.
