OK who is this green guy? I do not recall seeing any of them in the film. There is also a picture of one in the visual dictionary for Episode III.

Those are customs.

Seen them about a year ago, though they were only white then. Nice customs, but certainly not the real thing. The real ones extend further down the torso and have interchangeable arms.
